Fatigue is a prevalent symptom in various rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic and ankylosing spondylitis. It characterised subjective, enduring feeling of generalised tiredness or exhaustion, impacting the patient’s life quality exacerbating disability. The fatigue nature multifaceted, encompassing physiological, psychological, social factors, although exact cause inflammatory joint diseases not fully understood, several factors are believed to contribute its development. Despite high prevalence importance, often underestimated clinical practice.
